 Service conditions

Service conditions have a great influence on normal working and lifetime of the soft starter, thus the soft starter should be installed in the place with the following conditions met.
Service conditions of conventional product:

Power supply: Electric supply, self-provided power plant and diesel generating set.
Three-phase AC: 380V (-20%, +15%), 50Hz.
Applicable motor: General squirrel cage asynchronous motor (the wound-rotor motor can be negotiated).
Start frequency: The standard product is suggested to be started/stopped not more than 15 times an hour (based on load).
Cooling mode: The standard type is natural air cooling.
Protective grade: IP00.
Environmental conditions: The environment temperature is -25ºC~40ºC, and the humidity is ≤95% (20ºC±5ºC). There are indoor installation and good ventilation instead of condensation, flammable, explosive and corrosive gases and conductive dust. The vibration is less than 0.5G and the capacity should be lowered accordingly for use when the elevation exceeds 2,000 m.  
Pursuant to actual rate current of the motor, rated output of soft starter should be reset at the time of use with reduced capacity to ensure accuracy of various control parameters and fault protection.

Impeccable motor protection function Online operation ability exists, real-time monitoring of working voltage, current and temperature can be realized, perfect comprehensive protection function of the motor is provided and the moderate protection threshold can be controlled to ensure the motor works stably furthest.
Rated output current can be reset When the nominal power of the soft starter exceeds actual load power, actual output current of the soft starter can be modified within a certain range to make it match with actual load to ensure accuracy of starting effect and protective function of the motor by the soft starter.
Excellent soft parking performance After you set the work mode, the effect of soft parking arises regardless of being in the start process or under the operation status. As for different kinds of loads, smooth stopping effect, especially the load of filling line and water pump applying to the line production can be achieved by reasonable parameter setting.
Industrial field bus is supported 485 communication function is provided and Modbus communication protocol based on international standard is supported.
